Computer came w/15" monitor; can I replace it with a 19" without changing anything else?
Computer came w/ 15 inch monitor. Can I replace it with a 19 inch monitor without changing anything?
I have a Dell 2350 Dimension with 15 inch E151FPb monitor. The monitor is damaged. Can I replace it with an Emachine E19T6W/759687 19 inch monitor without changing anything else?

Yes you can but your video may or may not support the native resolution of the monitor. That does not mean you will get a crummy picture it just means you will not be able to take advantage of the full capabilities of the monitor.
Do you know what video card you have in the system?

Is that what is listed under video in device manager. I really do not think this will be an issue. The graphics can support up to 2048 x 2048 resolution Make sure you are running the latest driver from Dell
