D6000, drive P2419HC, P2219HC?
Hi,
I have a Dell D6000 docking station which has USB Type-C/USB 3.0 with power output (max 65W I think). Can this be used to power the Dell P2219HC or P2419HC monitors? From what I can read, these monitors have a USB Type-C/USB 3.0 that can supply power but not sure about receiving power.
What I wanted to do is to get rid of the monitor power cord and have the image and power going from the docking station to the monitor.
Thanks
Miguel

That usage scenario (no monitor power cable) was never tested by Dell. All of our monitor documentation shows the monitor power cable attached.
The 2017 USB-C/USB 3.0 D6000 User's Guide does not mention using a monitor without its power cable.
