DDM 2.0, causes issues with snip and sketch/snipping tool
The Easy-Arrange window breaks the window-snip feature of snip and sketch/snipping tool. Looks like DDM has a window that's always on top and hides the visible windows from the program's view.

This is no longer an issue in DDM 2.1

To receive assistance from Dell support agents, click the "Get help now" icon on the right. Share with them the private monitor Service Tag, 20 digit serial number, and all of your troubleshooting.
What specific Dell monitor model?
What version of DDM 2 are you testing? The FAQ DDM (Dell Display Manager) shows three versions.

I've observed this with two different monitors: P2219H & S3422DWG on two different computers, both running 2.0.0.135. The issue is present regardless of whether "Application Window Snap" option in the is tray icon's context menu is checked, and goes away when I exit DDM 2.

Test the DDM 2.0.0.138 beta shown in the above linked FAQ DDM (Dell Display Manager).
If still no go, uninstall DDM 2.0 and test the DDM 1.56.2110.

The issues persists with 2.0.0.138 beta.
1.56.2110 does not have the same issue. I cannot open the application settings however, I'm just seeing a message telling me to use DDM 2.
