DDPM for macOS, keyboard shortcut unreliable
I have set the favorite input shortcut keys twice and they both work for as long as my MacBook Pro is awake. Once it goes to sleep, it's all over. If you wake it up, the shortcuts no longer work. They're still defined, but they don't work. Closing and relaunching the DDPM app also does not help.
Uninstalling and reinstalling DDPM is not the solution because I just installed it. Unless you have to uninstall and reinstall between uses.
Also, while DDPM is running anytime I try to use Command + A to select all text in a text region, it instead switches to my other monitor input (HDMI 2). There is nothing in DDPM that is configured to respond to Command + A.
What's the deal?

Click the DELL-Cares username. On the resulting page, click "Send this user a private message". Provide to them the private monitor Service Tag.
Or you may click the "Get help now" on the right to Chat with Dell agents.
Before our users out here can assist, you need to post a reply stating the specific Dell monitor model, how it connects to the MacBook Pro, etc.
You should also create a thread on the Apple Forum to see what other macOS users say.
