DELL p2411h broken

hey,

one of my 3 Dell p2411h is broken. I have now blue horizontal lines over the screen etc. I tested it with other computers > same result. I wanted to go over the 'Product Support for Dell P2411H Monitor' page, but there is now service tag for this screen. How can I continue to get the monitor replaced? Thanks for help.

* Go back to the top of the Monitors Forum and open the announcement, "Monitor FAQ 1/9/13"

* Open "My monitor does not have a Service Tag, how do I get Dell service?"

thanks for your answer Chris,

"You would contact Order Support (not Technical Support) for your country and provide to them the following information"

I prepared everything and called the order support. They could not help me with my warranty problem and forwarded me to the tech. support.  After waiting 25 minutes I hung up.

Is there no other quicker way, to get this screen replaced? an email?

You gave them Dell Order numbers and they sent you to Technical Support?
