Dell Monitor E248WFP

Hi,

I've had this Dell Monitor for two years and bought it at Best Buy. From the first day I bought it, every time the monitor was off, it always gave off a slight buzzing noise; however, up until recently this buzzing noise has progressively gotten so bad that I have to unplug the monitor to stop this annoying buzzing noise.

I attempted to call Best Buy for a replacement, but they were no help. I called Dell Support and was redirected six times to whatever departments that asked me the same questions over and over.

Any ideas on how to fix this myself, or get a possible replacement from Dell?

Thank you for reading.

Best Buy Dell monitors do not have the normal Dell 3 year warranty period. All Dell products sold at Best Buy come with a 1 year limited warranty. You had the option to purchase the 2nd and 3rd year of warranty at the point of sale. You cannot do it afterwards.

We do not have parts for monitors. You should contact LCD Repair and explain the issue. They might have the part.
