Dell P2414H - vertical lines
Good afternoon,
Today i noticed 2 vertical lines on my screen so I ran the diagnosis without any cable attached besides the power cable and the lines still showed up, so I think the problem comes from the monitor, as shown in below pictures. I would like to know how I should proceed with this problem.
Details:
- Serial: CN-036WJX-74261-58P-0CNB with A06
- Attatched to a personal desktop, with Asus Gtx970, using Display Port cable.
- Using High Performance.
- Resolution: 1920x1080, 60Hz.
-Monitor bought from a reseller.
