Dell P2417, Two Monitors - What's Up With The Differences?

Tried the factory reset already and the Dell Diagnostic Test.
So excited to finally upgrade my monitors after almost eight years with two Dell 1907FPs. Unfortunately I seem to be having an issue with one of them. I realize perfect uniformity is not guaranteed, but it seems pretty noticeable with the lights off and on, especially on black websites.

We validate our monitors in rooms with a minimum of 150 lux which is standard office lighting. That monitor does fall within our manufacturer specifications for backlight uniformity.
