Dell ST2220L Moniter- Auto Adjustment

Hi, I have a ST2220L monitor which I've had for about a year now. Lately I've had problems with my monitor 'Auto-Adjusting.' The monitor will auto-adjust every 20 seconds or so, and you cannot get it to stop. What should I do? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Kevin.

Hi Kevin,

Please share the exact system model of the computer.
Is it a Dell computer?
Are you using a VGA or HDMI cable to connect the monitor?

You may try to reset the setting of the monitor to Factory Defaults:

Press button 3 on the monitor
Choose ‘Other Settings’
Press the and buttons to move between the setting options
Press the button once to activate the highlighted option
Choose ‘Factory Reset’
Press the button to go back to or exit the main menu

I would also suggest you to reseat the video cable.
