Hi,

I have Cisco Unified IP Phone 9971 that connected to Dell ST2220T, display ok but touchscreen not working.

I just want to know which OS support touch screen of Dell Monitor S2220T. I know Win7 supported

The Touch only functions when the ST2220T is the Primary. In your case, the Cisco Unified IP Phone 9971 is the Primary display and the ST2220T is the Secondary display. Single Touch is supported in Vista/Win 7. Multi-touch is supported in Win 7 only.
