UP2516D, X-Rite 1.6.6.8973 calibration issue

I am trying to calibrate my U2516D with the DUCCS v1.6.6 Xrd version: 3.1.96.116

Among 20 others in the office we need to calibrate, along with various other users have u2413s still

When the calibration process reaches the end, or appears to, it crashes with no messages. Simple disappears.

I have tried updating to the latest MS visual C++ redistributale, show v14.x but the error below still shows 12.x version of MSVCR120.dll
