Dummy question :) How to use USB connection on 2005fpw

Plugging in the USB cord from the monitor to the computer enables the 2 USB ports on the right edge of the monitor.

 

There are also two more USB ports on the bottom of the monitor :smileyhappy:

I'll be..!!   I was in such a hurry to connect things up and fire the computer that I completely missed the 2 ports on the bottom (right next the the USB cable that I personally plugged in).  I would have lived for the next couple years without the use of those extra two ports.
