E190S, 72Hz, Windows 10 driver?
Hello,
I'm looking for a compatible driver for a E190S monitor connected to a Optiplex 780 SFF running Windows 10 (64-Bit). My monitor currently only supports a 60Hz refresh rate even though there is 75Hz option. I upgraded from Windows 7 and there was an 72Hz option that worked well. I tried downloading the driver for Windows 7 but I didn't install. Can you help me? Thank you.

The seven year old E190S was only supported in Windows Vista/7/8 as was its 60Hz to 75Hz option. If the Windows Vista/7/8 driver fails to install in Windows 10, then Windows 10 will push its default INF monitor driver which does not support anything other than 60Hz.

Update: I was able to overclock my refresh rate be following this guide:
