E1916HV, white lines
Hey, recently i have bought a Dell led E1916HV, and facing problem with the screen display from when I start my windows. This problem is like very small white lines criss-cross on the whole screen. I have tried all possible ways by searching on the google but not get fixed. I have also tried to connect my E1916HV with laptop by VGA cable in another room but there is no problem with laptop in another room and laptop also problems by putting the laptop in the same room where is my CPU. Please help me to resolve this issue, if there is anyway.

If you do not see the issue on the standalone BID (Built-in Diagnostics) colored screens, page 52, then the monitor itself is fine. The fault must be the computer, operating system, video card, video card driver, or cabling.
