P2415q flashes red, green, blue, black, white
Just bought a new 4k p2415q monitor. Can't use it as it always flashes red, green, blue, black, white.
Can someone help please?

* Was the P2415Q purchased directly from Dell or a reseller?
* What is the 20 digit serial number?
* Are you seeing this when the computer is on and attached to the P2415Q?
5 vertical buttons (Preset Modes, Input Source, Menu, Exit, Power)
* Turn the P2415Q off
* Press and hold the top two buttons (Preset Modes, Input Source) and then press the Power button. Then release all buttons
* Press the top button (Preset Modes). The Factory Service Menu should appear
* Scroll down to Burn-in and set it Off/Disable
** Do NOT change anything else!!
* Then go to Exit

You have two choices, return it to Amazon for refund, or try to get a refurbished exchange through Dell.

1. purchased from Amazon
2. 20 digit serial number: CN-059JJ4-QDC00-74S-0FCB-A04
3. Did try without and with computer. In the end mainly without computer, as I understand, that it is in some strange mode.
I did try your recomendations, but on step 3 [Press the top button (Preset Modes). The Factory Service Menu should appear)] The Factory Service Menu not appearing :-(
