P2417H, stand usage and the AC511 Soundbar
Hi,
I'm using P2417H monitor and bought AC511 Soundbar for it. But it seems to go down every time when I try to elevate the monitor to top height. It works fine without AC511 and when I attach AC511 when the monitor is in top height. What should I do without getting replaced? I've seen some other guides showing how to adjust the tension of the spring inside the stand. Please give me some help.

I see that Dell has already setup a P2417H exchange. Let us know how the replacement P2417H works with the AC511.

Dell korea replaced my p2417h with p2419h... which ac511 mounts to the stand
It works fine with p2419h but the monitor itself was faulty so I'm using the original one(p2417h)...
I want to know is there any options that i can adjust the stand itself or....

The online P2417H User's Guide does not mention a way to adjust the stand internal spring tension.
