P2418HZ, Windows Hello, Camera help
Hi there,
I recently purchased a P2418HZ, which is great. However, I notice that it is advertised to enable windows hello login function, but when I try to set it up in the Settings--Account--Sign-in Options--Windows Hello, it keeps saying "Sorry, something went wrong couldn't turn on the camera. Make sure it's working properly." Meanwhile, the camera is working and I can record videos. What's wrong with the windows hello?
Thank you!
Shixuan

* Windows Hello usage, User's Guide pages 54-56
* You must set up a PIN before you can enroll in Windows Hello
* If using a laptop with its own camera, set the P2418HZ webcam as the "default" camera, page 57
Where in these instructions below does the failure happen?

That I do not know. You should ask the users on the Windows 10 board for Windows Hello setup help. Maybe they have seen this issue.

Thank you for your reply, Chris. Actually, I followed the instructions, but it failed at the step of "Get Started" after I entered my PIN. It just said "Sorry, something went wrong." I wonder if there is a way to determine whether there is a problem with the monitor I purchased, or I didn't set it up correctly.
