P2715Q, dead pixels or other cause?
I want to know if there is any solution to this P2715Q (warranty expired on October 11, 2018) problem. Is there a ghost image or dead pixels? Do I need a new screen? I have tried several programs and solutions for pixel correction and so, it solves a bit, but after a few seconds if you open the image in question. Thanks for the help if possible.

That is image retention. It is a normally a result of not using a screen saver and allowing a static image to stay on for more than 5 minutes, over the course of months. Run the LCD conditioning (page 37) for two hours and see if it helps.

It solved it for now, but if you open the image that gave rise to it, it retains it again: // is there any other solution?
Thanks

No. Have a screensaver start at 2 minutes of inactivity. Periodically run the LCD Conditioning.
