P2719H, USB side ports not working
I have a problem with a new P2719H monitor. The side USB downstream ports are not working. I tried connecting an external USB SD card reader in the back USB downstream port and its working no problem. I do have the upstream cable plugged in. How do I get the side USB ports to work?

Click my DELL-username and send me the P2719H service tag number via a Private Message.
The bottom two USB downstream ports are 2.0. The side two USB downstream ports are 3.0. See page 23 =
Is that external USB SD card reader compatible with USB 3.0?
Test a wired USB mouse in both of the P2719H side USB 3.0 downstream ports to see if they work.
