P2719HC, USB Type-C, background noise, #7

Question

I am using my newly acquired dell P2719HC monitor, which I am connecting to my Lenovo ThinkPad X1 carbon via usb and I too have been hearing the buzzing sound, which is very annoying. When connected via HDMI, no such sound can be heard. Could you please add my name to the notification list so that I do get an update on the resolution of the problem?

This is unfortunate, but having had over 20 messages exchanges over the the period of last 20 days the issue has not been resolved by the support team and the ticket has been archived. I don't think I would provide anything more than what I have already provided which includes support tag, model of pc and monitor and invoice. If your support team is professional enough to accept that it is a product issue and to take this forward then please get this issue fixed and if not I am going to return the product and would have to share have to share my not-so-good-experience with the product in particular and with the support services given so far on the review forums so other don't have to go through it.
