P2719HC, USB Type-C stopped working
Hi,
Been using P2719HC (with a DisplayPort daisy chained P2419H) as my workstation/dock monitor that has everything plugged into it and I simply connect the USB-C port to my laptop (Dell G5 5587 / Dell XPS 13 9360) and thus far it was working great.
Last night I was doing some work and suddenly P2719HC screen started flickering akin to signal being interrupted (while P2419H simply went black immediately) and then it stopped working completely, not showing any image whatsoever.
Tried both monitors using HDMI, they work just fine, however USB Type-C seems to no longer be working (actually it kinda works, monitors get recognized in device manager with their respective names and the USB Type-C connection does allow use of any USB peripherals connected to the screens). It might be a case of faulty USB Type-C cable (one of its male connectors "snapped" a bit (it's a bit loose) when I was moving my standing desk up & down) and I will definitely look into testing with a new cable but it does seem a bit ominous that with existing cable it connects to either of my PCs and provides all the USB devices that are plugged in to it but doesn't show any picture on either of the monitors.
Should I RMA the monitor or is this something fixable?
Thanks in advance.

I have the exact same problem right now. At first the monitor was making a weird buzzing sound. Then this morning it stopped working, just like yours. I have ordered a replacement unit.
