P3221D, shutting down when connected to ThinkPad via USB Type-C

Hello to All,

I bought Dell P3221D monitor and at the beginning it worked OK. But soon after a day or two, I have noticed that when I have connected my laptop to work via USB Type-C, the P3221D random flickers or power loses were noticed.

I defined it as power loses due to that my keyboard loses light when this flickering is in progress. 

After couple of seconds the system gets back to working again.

So basically what do I have:

• I have keyboard and mouse connected to P3221D via USB. 
• For laptop, I use only USB Type-C  so everything is transferred via USB Type-C (power, video, data and input commands)
• I tried changing USB Type-C cable but it is still not OK.
• My laptop is ThinkPad
