S2340L problem (pinkish hue, visible lines on parts of the screen) 2014
Hello!
I got the following problem with my S2340L: a pinkish hue on the left side of the monitor with small lines visible (looking closer you can see some sorter of flickering raster). Also a ghost of the latest webpage I visited is showing on the image.
I tested the monitor on my other computer to make sure it was not the videocard and i get the same result.
What are my options

First, open the S2340L User's Guide. Read through the sections on OSD (On Screen Display) Factory Reset, page 40. Then, read the section on how to run the Built-in Diagnostic, page 46.

Hi,
I reset the display to factory settings... Still get the pinkish and line on the left side.
I was able to run the built in diagnostic and got each color to display.
The gray screen is the most pinkinsh/lines one (included)
The White is the second worst. (Included)
The green one have the lines showing (Included)

Get it exchanged for a "like for like" replacement.
* Go back to the top of this Monitor Forum
* Open, "My 24" or smaller monitor does not have a Service Tag"
