Today I have had the same problem. HDMI port does not recognize PS4 and pc but get audio from PS4. I have change 4 cable and reset the monitor to factory data but it's continue to not working.
If this S2415H was not purchased directly from Dell by you, you have to fill out the Ownership Transfer form
Power button reset, BID (Built-in Diagnostics) * Turn the S2415H off * Disconnect every cable (including the power cable) from the rear and side of the S2415H * Press the button in for 8 seconds (clears any residual power in the circuits) * Reconnect ONLY the power cable to the S2415H * Turn the S2415H on and run the BID, page 45 - If the BID runs correctly, the S2415H itself is functional. The fault lies with either the cabling, PS4, video card, video card driver, or operating system
