S2415H, PSM, turn off pulsing power LED?

Question

I can turn off the power light in active mode, but also want it off when it enters PSM (power saving mode). Very disturbing at night in bedroom. Any way to do this?

That is how I have always used my monitors through the years. Mine have always performed well past the 3 year warranty periods.

There is not a way to do this in PSM. I just turn my UP3216Q off at night.

Thanks. Other than the inconvenience of the delay in starting up from a shutdown, are there any possible negative long term side effects to repeatedly shutting down and starting up again from a cold shutdown?

Can doing this accelerate hardware or panel wear?
