I also have some dead pixels on the same monitor, which I purchased about 2 months ago.

In any monitor exchange, after the first 30 days means that you will only get a used/refurbished replacement.
We must see pictures of the pixel defects. Go here to read the "Dell Monitor Pixel Policy" FAQ. It has the policy definitions and instructions.
