S2421HGF, Xbox Series X, resolution issue

I just purchased a Dell Monitor S2421HGF and hooked it up to my Xbox Series X. It's telling me that the resolution is not at 1920x1080Hz. Does anyone know how I can get it to work? The monitor is 144Hz so it's compatible.

We can see in this article, "Dell Gaming and Alienware Monitors Support for Gaming Consoles", that the S2421HGF is capable of doing 1920x1080 120Hz/60Hz on the Xbox One S/Xbox One X/Xbox Series S/Xbox Series X.

Are you using the S2421HGF HDMI cable or the HDMI cable that came with the Xbox Series X?

When you say, "It's telling me", what is It's? I mean are you looking in the Xbox- General- TV & Display options area? If yes, can you screenshot it and post a picture?
