S2422HG, Nvidia G-Sync compatible?
Dell AMD FreeSync Monitors that are Nvidia G-Sync Compatible
The S2422HG is not the list above, but I'm assuming that's just because it's new. Surely it has G-Sync compatibility right? Seems like an upgraded curved version of the S2421HGF which itself is compatible.
Just to make sure.

The S2422HG sales page mentions AMD FreeSync Premium. But never mentions Nvidia or G-Sync =
The S2422HG AMD FreeSync Premium User's Guide mentions AMD six times. It also never mentions Nvidia or G-Sync. Page 14 shows us that when using an AMD FreeSync video card and AMD FreeSync Premium is turned on, you can do 1920x1080 120Hz/144Hz/165Hz.

Starting to think it isn't, no mention of Nvidia G-Sync compatibility in the manual.
