S2718HN, not recognizing original power adapter, #2

Hello, please can you help me? Around 3-4 months ago I forgot my original power adapter in a different country. So I bought a new one (that wasn't original), so it didn't work and gave me the same message. But after that, I found (I guess) an original adapter that was working. And yesterday I was moving out of my apartment to the new one, and it gave me the same message as before (when I had not original adapter). I have tried steps that you wrote, but it didn't work.
