S2719DGF, buzzing noise when speakers connected

Hi,

My S2719DGF makes a buzzing noise whenever I connect it to my PC or the monitor itself. I've googled it and couldn't find anything specific to this model but for other models where a solution was to change the brightness/contrast, which didn't work. I've reset the model using both softMCCS and using the monitor itself, and I've tried it with both DisplayPort and HDMI, and the buzzing noise still occurs. When I connect the speakers to my second monitor/disconnect them from the PC/S2719DGF, the noise stops.
