I had the same issue of the screen flashing sometimes, and as you stated turning off Menu- Others- DDC/CI seems to fix it. It didn't do it all the time but I could get it to repeat easily with the YouTube app on an Apple 4K TV when you bring up the time bar when playing 4K content. I didn't notice it anywhere near as much on my Xbox Series X or GTX 1080 HDMI port but was still sometimes there. I imagine something needs to be fixed in the firmware so that DDC/CI can be enabled without having the flashing issue.

Thank you for this information. Actually, I returned monitor to local supplier within time where you don't need to explain any reason why (though I left all our communication to support). Next, I immediately ordered new monitor of the same type from different supplier, in order to avoid, the old monitor might return to me. New monitor doesn’t show the same mistake at all. So, I solved this issue this way. I tried to send videos to support, I explained many times the same things again and again and it appeared, it led to nowhere. I saw, support people tried to do maximum but, I also saw it was pointless. It was very random issue and intensity by which it manifested was weak too. However, it is still the issue you don’t want to live with .
