S3422DWG, GTX 1050 Ti, flickers

Hello, again,

Today I've got GeForce GTX 1050 Ti ZOTAC from Amazon (brand new). I connected via DisplayPort and flickering is visible on sides when content is grey or static images (ex. Battlefield 4 on menu - FPS is around 100-110Hz and background picture is flickering), other example: desktop 3440x1440 144Hz running latest OCCT software and screen flickering is very visible.
