S3422DWG, Nvidia RTX 3070, AMD FreeSync flicker

Hi,

I am using the S3422DWG with an RTX 3070 connected via DisplayPort 1.4 at 3440x1440 at 144Hz.

I am getting severe, disturbing flickering under certain circumstances (e.g. at low fps when freesync is active or when there are big jumps in the adaptive refresh rate suddenly) when AMD Freesync Premium Pro is turned on.

This flickering doesn't happen when Freesync is turned off (though of course in games I want this on).

Any advice?
