S3422DWG, no Windows HDR option

Hi!

I have the following question/problem regarding my Dell S3422DWG monitor: When looking at the Windows HDR Settings, I cannot activate HDR. When I run dxdiag, it also says the display does not support HDR.

My current settings: Monitor is connected via DP to a RX6800XT, running on UWQHD at 144Hz and 10bit (Windows zoom is on 125%). OSD settings are "custom color", Freesync "On", Response Time "Superfast", and Smart HDR is on "DisplayHDR 400".

Thanks for any help and best regards,
Emm

To receive assistance from Dell chat support, they need to verify the warranty status and ownership. Then you must troubleshoot with them. Click the "Get help now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private S3422DWG Service Tag.

The S3422DWG is not the problem here. Read the answer found here on the AMD Forum.
