i had my computer tech download the driver files for winXP from the dell site for the touch screen and for the webcam. He has fixed previous touch screens of mine in the past. He could not get get it to work, he insisted that we find the CD that had originally comes with the monitor. Specifically i cannot describe what exactly is the cause or what is preventing the drivers from properly working. is there a way, if i give you access through log me in or team viewer, that you can see if it can be fixed.

mr chris. my tech says he has already tried all of these. Is there any possibility of aquiring a CD with the drivers on them? or is there a way, if i give you access, to try and fix this problem?

No. We do not have a part number fro the CD so we cannot send one out. We do not do remote access. That can only be done through normal technical support channels.

* When expanded using winrar, the r227217.exe has the following XP files:
SX2210T.cat, SX2210T.icm, SX2210T.inf

* Open the Device Manager
* Click the icon left of Monitors
* Double click the monitor listed
* Click the Driver tab
* Click the Update Driver button
* Click No, not at this time
* Click Next
* Dot Install from a list or specific location
* Click Next
* Click Don't search. I will choose the driver to install
* Click Next
* Click Have Disk
* Click Browse and navigate to where the three files are now
* Click the monitor inf file
* Click Open
* Click OK
* Click Next
* Click Finish
* Now the Device Manager- Monitors should show your monitor
