U2311H menu lag

I have (2) U2311H's connected to a EVGA GTX-750 SC graphics card, one via DVI, and one via HDMI-to-DVI adaptor. The one that is connected via DVI has a horrible menu lag, you press the 3rd button and 15 sec later the menu comes up, then you press any of the other buttons to get the menu items, it acknowledges it, then flickers that menu item on the screen for a half second then goes away.

OS: WIN 7 Ultimate 64bit

Memory: 8GB

GPU Card: EVGA GTX750 SC

Outputs on card: HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort

Screen resolution on both displays: 1920 x 1080

Refresh rate: 60Hz
