U2312HM, insect under panel?
Hi,
last weekend a fly or other creature was crawling between the panel and the back light. It was moving out of the screen, but over night it came back and now died just in the middle of the display. What can I do to remove it?

Regrettably, Dell does not repair monitors, sell monitor components, or have disassembly documentation. We simply exchange them while under the three year warranty. You could take it to a local TV repair center to see if they can disassemble the panel.

Hmm, great, I just trashed the cardbord box a few weeks back. My Monitor is about two years old, will this be handled under warranty?? Will it be suffucient to find the invoice or would you need something else?

You will need to contact Dell Germany Customer Support for specifics. Here in the USA we would verify the invoice date off of your Dell order number and go from there.
