U2410 Menu unlock not working (menu completely disabled)
I have a U2410 that has worked fine for the last 6 or 7 months now. I come in today, and the monitor would power on. But the menu will not show up or buttons light up. I tried the unlock trick on all the menu buttons and there is no response. I also tried unplugging it, turning off the monitor, and disconnecting the DVI connection. None of this seems to help.
Anything else I can try anything else I can do?

Nevermind, I solved my own problem by unplugging everything. I then plugged the power cord back in first and turned the monitor back on. The menu came right back up.

Well... on my Dell 2410U I have the same problem. And when I do as you did, the only menu that comes up after plugging in the powercord again is the menu where i choose which video source to use. There is no option to unlock og to change the eerie green cast that followed the lock on the screen. The big lightblue padlock keep coming back on ,- there is no opening the padlock. Is there any other way, or do i have to scrap it?Its just past 2 years old.Help appreciated!Thank you anyone
