U2412M, fly in panel
What is the quality of Dell monitors today? Yesterday a small fly climbed into the monitor. The fly crawled where it basically could not get! She crawled between the matrix and the substrate! Now there is a black spot on the screen from this fly! The support service refused to do anything! They stated that this is not a warranty case! How is this possible? Has DELL product quality dropped? A fly can slip into the monitor between the matrix and the white armrest, when this should not be in principle!

* What is the 20 digit serial number? That will tell me when it was built.

What solved my problem? Your support team just spat on me! NOTHING SOLVED MY PROBLEM! IT JUST NOT DECIDED BY ANYONE! THE QUALITY OF DELL MONITORS IS DISPOSING!
