U2415, Protective Film on New Monitor?
I just purchased a U2415 display, and was curious if there is a protective film that needs to be peeled away? If I remember correctly, there was a protective sleeve covering the entire display, but I wasn't sure if there is any additional protective layer that needs to be removed. As you can see in this picture, there is a small dot and some space in the corner, and so I wasn't sure if this is just part of the panel assembly (it is on both top corners) or is a film needing to be removed.

There is no mention in the User's Guide to remove a layer. There is a permanent Anti-Glare faceplate coating.

I cannot remember ever having a model that required the user to peel anything off.

Thanks. I'm curious if any other buyers know or if Dell ever does that with monitors?
