U2415, Purple vertical line
I have this purple line on my U2415 (ran the test positive faulty), what is the next step, will Dell replace the monitor? It was bought on March 2nd.

I have this purple line on my U2415 (ran the test positive faulty), what is the next step, will Dell replace the monitor? It was bought on March 2nd.

After you have "Factory Reset" the monitor, we need to see pictures of the BID (Built-in Diagnostic) colored screens showing the issue. Go here for instructions.
