U2419H, move window, background color changes, #1
First go and see the video. You can see when I move the browser window, the background color (blue) changes it's color depth. Well I bought this monitor three months ago. And one day (about two weeks ago), I realized this monitor has a critical problem. This monitor changes its color depth every time I move the browser window. First, I thought it was a graphic driver problem. But the problem did not change when I installed other version of driver. I tried LCD conditioning but it didn't fix it. So I don't know what to do next.

Click my name and private message me the monitor service tag number, 20 digit serial number, A0x revision number.
I watched the video and did not see the desktop background change when you moved the browser window. Perhaps describe in more detail what you perceive as the issue.
* Go into the U2419H menu
* Go to Others
* Choose Factory Reset
* Exit the Menu and retest
* If installed, uninstall the DDM (Dell Display Manager) software
* Restart when done and retest
* What operating system?
* Specific PC model?
- If a Desktop PC, what video card? What video out ports are on the video card?
- If a Laptop PC, what video out ports are on the Laptop?
* Show in detail how the U2419H is connected to the PC using all ports and cabling. Examples =
PC GTX 1080 DP out port --> U2419H DP to DP cable --> U2419H DP in port
PC USB 3.0 port --> U2419H USB 3.0 upstream cable --> U2419H USB 3.0 upstream port
PC GTX 1080 HDMI out port --> retail HDMI to HDMI cable --> U2419H HDMI in port
PC USB 3.0 port --> U2419H USB 3.0 upstream cable --> U2419H USB 3.0 upstream port

When i move the window up the background it changes blue to yellowish
It changes like preset changes. I know Dell makes great monitors that is why i bought this product but now i am really getting angry because of this issue. :(
i tried these things
factory reset
graphic card driver re-install

(DDM uninstalled, GTX 1060 3GB, Window 10 64 bit, DP to DP connected)
Factory reset, DDM uninstalling, graphic card driver changing, tried hdmi to hdmi connection... but did not work.

Great. Thanks for the data. Still need to know, service tag number, 20 digit serial number, A0x revision.
* The GTX 1060 has multiple DP out ports. Test them all
* HDMI to HDMI did not work at all? Or are you saying it showed the same background color change?
* What was the previous monitor model attached to the GTX 1060 prior to this U2419H?
* Did that previous monitor ever have this issue using Windows 10 and the Chrome browser?
* Test using the Windows 10 Edge browser. Do you see the background color change?
* Open Chrome, go to Settings, go to Reset and clean up, choose Restore settings. Close Chrome. Open Chrome and retest
* When playing a full screen game, do you see the issue? Or only when Windows 10 has an active windows open on top of the background?

Check Dell Display Manager running in your system tray -- it has different display options (warm,standard) for different applications.
