U2713H, USB upstream cable not working

When I plug the USB upstream cable from my U2713H to my Windows 10 PC, Windows 10 does not recognize the U2713H? Do I need to install some Dell drivers?

The 2013 U2713H was never tested/validated with Windows 10. Which is why we do not see Windows 10 drivers on the U2713H driver page. Did the U2713H USB hub work on a previous operating system PC?

I purchased this used monitor and attached to my windows 10 pc and works because I have installed the driver but now after a windows reset doesn't works and I don't remember which driver I have used, maybe I used a driver for windows 7???

Possibly you forced the Windows 7 or 8 driver into Windows 10? Did you do the same workaround as found in your older thread? Also see yumichan response here.

At the moment I would like to solve the problem of monitor USB ports because I can't use the sd card reader of the monitor.
I would also like to solve the xrite probe problem for calibration.

Your choices going forward are to await other users help or to use the Dell Out of Warranty Support offering.

seems to be a usb 3 port problem, I switch upstream cable to a usb 2 port and if I insert a pen drive or sd card on monitor ports I can recognize on windiws 10.

I try olso to attach upstrem cable to a PCI express usb adapter but don't works.
