U2718Q, Latitude 7490, HDMI, 4K 3840x2160 30Hz
Connected via HDMI cable, but it shows only 30Hz on 4K 3840x2160 resolution. I updated the U2718Q drivers and firmware but it did not help.

Tried USB-C to DP and it worked. Thank you !
Latitude 7490 left side DisplayPort over USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> U2718Q DP in port

Per the U2718Q User's Guide page 14, for the U2718Q HDMI in port to do 4K 3840x2160 60Hz, the source PC HDMI out port must be version 2.0. The Latitude 7490 HDMI out port is only version 1.4, page 19.
To get 4K 3840x2160 60Hz, you must connect in this way =
Latitude 7490 left side DisplayPort over USB Type-C out port --> USB Type-C to DP cable --> U2718Q DP in port
