U2718Q, flickering, RGB pixel noise
I have a U2718Q monitor. I just got it. The screen flickers and there are red, green and blue pixels that "move" around like static on a TV. I can see it whenever the color is darker than white. It's been this way since I plugged it in. I plugged in another monitor to my computer and none of these issues occurred.
