U2719DC, USB Type-C, dock, not working, #2

Hello,

S2719DC works fine if connected directly to my MacBook Pro 16 laptop. But when connected via USB Type-C or TB3 to dock, it says that the USB Type-C signal was not found. I'm sure it's not a dock issue as when I'm using the same USB Type-C port on the dock, converted to HDMI, then connect S2719DC with HDMI cable, everything works fine via docking station.

So it seems like the issue with S2719DC USB Type-C input/recognition when it's connected to the dock. 

I found another thread where many people said they had the same problem with CalDigit docks.

Is there a fix for this or is monitor defective?
