U2723QE, ASUS VivoBook Pro, not connecting
I have a Windows laptop (ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705UD, Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit) and a brand new U2723QE Dell Monitor. But after connecting the two with a USB-C cable the laptop display is not showing up on the monitor. Even after installing
the drivers nothing shows up on the monitor. There is a ding/chime from the laptop when I connect the monitor, so there seems to be some type of recognition from the laptop that there is an external device connected. Meanwhile, the monitor simply displays "No USB-C Signal from your device" for a few moments, then goes black.
For previous monitors I've used I simply plugged them in, turned on the power, connected them to my laptop (HDMI or USB).
Any suggestions?

Per page 12 in the U2723QE User's Guide, be sure that you are connecting to the U2723QE #5 USB-C port (Video + Data) and NOT #15 USB-C downstream port =
