U3219Q, looking to calibrate, DisplayCal profile?

Read through this U3219Q review. They discuss color calibration.

Chris, that review is wrong (at this is not the 1st time regarding that web), it is not an White led (sRGB, blue led + yellow phosphor), it is a WLED PFS/KFS phosphor, in the "cheap" almost full P3 coverage flavor. (The other flavors are exactly P3 for mac screens and full AdobeRGB for newer photo displays, the three vary in main wavelength of green)
You can see this in spectral power distribution (SPD) provided by user:

(you can plot it in an spreadsheet or sue argyllcms command "specplot filename.ccss"

(the other SPD provided by 4KM in displaycal database is wrong too, he was using sRGB mode)

@zadefilm, you can use that CCSS with an i1displaypro (or one of other i1d3 siblings) and DisplayCAL or use bundled generic CCSS for 94-95% P5 screens (Panasonic VVX... as file name). Or if you want to use i1Profiler, use the generic EDR equivalent: "PFS phoshor".

For measuring the mac screen you can use display cal and the bundled CCSS for P3 mac, also a PFS phosphor but with a sligthly modified green SPD.

then:

-Choose to make Dell the same as mac: Measure whitepoint in mac with suggested CCSS and an i1d3. Set as target calibration whitepoit for Dell that coordinates and measure Dell with the other suggested CCSS

or

-Choose to calibrate Dell to D65 whitepoint with suggested CCSS, then calibrate mac screen to D65 with its suggested CCSS.

And of course match brightness visually or numerically.
