U3818DW, Apple OS, speaker volume loud, #4
Hi,
I have the exact same problem. It is impossible to control volume using keyboard or volume setting in the (not tested/validated by Dell) Apple OSX. The volume is way too loud under 30-40%, no difference between 1% and 30%. 0% of course works it mutes the speakers. Please Dell step up and fix both issues on a monitor of this price.

The software development team has stated that there will never be an Apple macOS version of DDM (Dell Display Manager).
A 3rd party software solution for MacBook audio and brightness controls can be found here. Note, this was not tested/validated by Dell.
