Hi Chris. I was able to adjust it myself by removing the monitor, loosening the attachment screws on the "stand riser" assembly and rotating the assembly that clicks into the monitor slightly counter clockwise due to a little "slop" in the final position.

Post pictures of the measurement using the external carpenter's level. Then post pictures of the monitor level measurement when on the stand.
